How we source and verify

Every factual claim links to a named source and carries a last-verified date.

Source grades

Grade A: official, hospital, registryGovernment notices, hospital official pages, clinical trial registries. A single A source can mark a fact Verified once an editor has opened it.
Grade B: mainstream mediaWire services and established outlets. One B source marks a fact Reported; B plus editor confirmation upgrades to Verified.
Grade C: community, creator, self-reportReddit threads, videos, patient posts. Always labeled Self-reported, never presented as verified.
